Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times: We work with a network of quality suppliers to deliver your products as efficiently as possible. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

• United States: 4-8 business days

• Europe: 5-12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing for international orders or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
